Clearly, they are scraping the bottom of the artistic barrel...In other news, if you are looking for a good and quirky piece of entertainment- check out The Lab's upcoming performances of the Case of the Streetwalking Streetwalker, directed by Adam Ansell. When I was still working as the Lab's Co-Director, Adam directed a great play 10 Lanes Pizza Bowl, which I loved. Hope you will check it out!

I don't necessarily feel as if the bottom of the barrel is being scraped there. Or, perhaps it is, but with reason and some artistic merit. I remember thinking when her reality show was on that she represents the contemporary American tragedy, and that if Hawthorne were alive, he might write a tragi-comic novel focusing on the likes of her much the way that The House of the Seven Gables explored the decaying aristocracy of the Northeast. Just food for thought.
